Processing Times

All Maryon Mfg. products are handmade to order.

Please allow 3–5 weeks for your order to be made before it is dispatched. During particularly busy periods, production times may be longer, but you will be contacted if this is the case.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times shown above are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after your order has been dispatched. While Maryon Mfg. aims to meet these estimates, delays caused by postal services, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Maryon Mfg. recommends checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an order is returned to Maryon Mfg. because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, any additional shipping costs required to resend the order will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to have been lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with Royal Mail to investigate and help resolve the issue.
